On Thursday 18th November Port Hotel welcomes Rathfinny Wine Estate to their restaurant for a delicious and unmissable event.Port's Head Chef Alex Burtenshaw and Sous Chef Mani Lelliot-Peck have devised a mouth-watering six course tasting menu, expertly paired with Rathfinny award-winning Sussex wines.
The evening will be hosted by Rathfinny ambassador, Richard, who has been part of the Rathfinny team for almost 10 years. Sussex born, Richard's allegiance to the area and wine is deeply held and completely infectious.
