Out and about walking or cycling the South Downs? Stop off and re-fuel at your nearest Cadence clubhouse with a great coffee and our grab-and-go food.

We're open every day, serving up our own locally roasted coffee, smoothies, toasted sandwiches, cakes, bakes and more. Stop by and say hello. 

Find us at Beachy Head, in Litlington next to the Long Man Brewery, in Upwaltham and in Cocking, near Midhurst. We also have a clubhouse in The Helen Garden in Eastbourne at the foot of the downs. Stop off for an ice cream and have a go on the 18-hole putting course, try your skills on the petanque court or bowls. There’s no need to book, just turn up, pay and play.
