- Work closely with local decision makers and build positive lasting relationships throughout Eastbourne.
- Develop close alliances with key stake holders in the town for a collective voice.
- Invest in the hospitality industry to raise the profile of our members.
- Promote industry best practice with our members by joining innovative programmes like the Primary Authority Partnership.
- Support in times of crisis, set up systems to actively support each other and the wider community.
- Create a calendar of events for members to network, share ideas and socialise.
- Work towards being a carbon neutral town by 2030.
