Pier lookout enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne. Lying just across from the apartment is the town’s wide shingle beach, which gives way to sand during low tide and offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy a spot of sunbathing or local water sports. With breath-taking sea views overlooking the pier this is the ideal place from which to watch the annual Eastbourne Airbourne Show.

A little further down the beach is the lifeboat museum and historic Wish Tower. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths located on the South Downs and there are a wide range of local vineyards, breweries and Castles and gardens to enjoy just a short drive away.

Stairs from the main entrance lead up to this fourth floor apartment which opens onto a pleasant hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off sandy shoes. Then up to the front of the apartment, a door leads straight through to the beautifully finished lounge/kitchen/diner which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spending time.

A comfortable lounge area offers two sofas arranged in front of the Smart TV, where you can relax and take time to catch up on your favourite programmes, or enjoy listening to music on the DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker. There is also an acoustic guitar available for guests to play. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you may need for creating a delicious meal and offers an electric oven and induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, and dining table with seating for four. The apartment offers a romantic double bedroom and the property is completed with a shower room with double shower and WC.
